Yoga day : Celebrating International Yoga day in Lyon at the grand parc by lake side. Will be conducted by Asso. & report & pictures will be sent to Embassy. Embassy will publish them on their social media FB page & tweet about the same.

Kite Flying on the occasion of 15th Aug.

Indian students Meet-up in Rhone Alpes region & address by Embassy officials in Lyon.

Lunch will be provided to all students & Embassy can either pay 10 Euros per student or sponsor lunch. A student help guide will be published which will be approved by Embassy by the Association. The Embassy official can distribute the same to students.

October 2022 :

Ayurveda Day : 2 days Ayurveda day event on natural well-being with expo & conference.

Support required :

1) Inauguration by Embassy official with address to participants & tour of the exposition.

2) Help via commercial department of Embassy to touch base with Indian cosmetics, skincare, perfume, immunity boosting products, medical tourism resorts in Kerala etc. that specializes in Ayurvedic preparations, whose products n services will be displayed as sponsors.

3) Will be conducted by Asso. & report & pictures will be sent to Embassy. Embassy will publish them on their social media FB page & tweet about the same. Event can be published one month before on Social media pages of the Embassy as upcoming events.

November 2022 :

Children’s day : Week-long Indo-French Tales: Jataka Tales & Fontaine fables.

Will be conducted by Asso. & report & pictures will be sent to Embassy. Embassy will publish them on their social media FB page & tweet about the same.

December 2022 :

Indo-French youth virtual tours will be conducted by Asso. & report & pictures will be sent to Embassy. Embassy will publish them on their social media FB page & tweet about the same.

January 2023 :

Indo-French digital poster :

Will be conducted by Association. Co-branded digital certificates to be issued by association & embassy as done this year. The numbers can vary from 500 to 1000. We issued about 300 this time.

February 2023 :

Indo-French youth virtual tours : Will be conducted by Asso. & report & pictures will be sent to Embassy. Embassy will publish them on their social media FB page & tweet about the same.

March 2023 :

Penpals exchange online using classroom2classroom.org platform between Indian & French institutions.

April 2023 :

India week ( Contemporary India ) :
Week-long Inde-contemporaine mega cultural, business, technology & scientific event.

Support : Financial support Required as discussed & proposal submitted. Social media support required with posting in FB & Twitter account about the event & on your website under “upcoming events”. His excellency or DCM sir need to come for inauguration, lighting lamp, have a tour of all expo, distribute certificates to students, address the volunteers & students & local expat people & have a lunch with the Marie.
